Terms and Conditions for the Farming for Sellers Program

1. Program Overview
The "Farming for Sellers" program ("the Program") is a real estate coaching initiative designed to provide participants with marketing strategies for lead generation through geographic farming. By enrolling in the Program, participants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment and Fees
Program fees are due in full upon enrollment.
Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Access to the Program is granted only upon receipt of payment.

3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Program, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, templates, and guides, are the property of Liz Nelson Coaching and are for the participant’s personal use only.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any program materials without prior written consent from Liz Nelson Coaching.
4. Participation Requirements
Participants are expected to engage in the program activities, including attending all scheduled sessions.
Sessions are held live on Zoom. Recordings may be provided at the discretion of Liz Nelson Coaching but are not guaranteed.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared during the Program, whether by Liz Nelson Coaching or other participants, is confidential and may not be disclosed outside the Program.
6. Disclaimer
The Program is intended to provide general guidance and strategies for real estate marketing. Liz Nelson Coaching makes no guarantees or promises regarding specific results or increases in leads or revenue.
Individual results may vary based on market conditions and participant efforts.
7. Liability Limitation
Liz Nelson Coaching is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from participation in the Program.
The participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the implementation of the strategies provided in the Program.
8. Modifications to the Program
Liz Nelson Coaching reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace any part of the Program, including sessions and materials, at its discretion.
9. Termination of Access
Liz Nelson Coaching reserves the right to terminate any participant’s access to the Program if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, with no refund provided.
